A major Australian University has completed a research project that shows evaporation rates can be reduced  by about 70% from water storage areas covered with floating plastic domes.
Campbell Fletcher & Associates are seeking proposals for the design (including prototype) of modular water storage covers.

Project Specification

Designs that meet the following criteria will be considered favourably:

lightweight
low cost
high ultra violet resistance
modular and interlocking
allow rain through
stackable
wind resistant

Design proposals, including field test report and prototype must be submitted to Campbell Fletcher and Associates by 4.00 pm 15 August 2003
